Hi there,

My wife landed on september 7th, and now she can't log in to her e-cas using her B file on the cic webpage. When we use the number of confirmation of permanent residency, it doesn't work either...so we are not quite sure what to use. she hasn't received her PR card yet....will probably have it by the end of november...

check ecas for what the last it says is DM ecas wont tell u about PR card once ur wife lands she will get her PR card is 48 business days to the address she gives them

My  e-cas  stopped   working  next day after my landing.
i landed  in  first week of august  and  still  waiting for my PR card.

E-cas still said "in process" for a little while (about a week, I think) after I landed...

As another poster already said, no PR card info on ecas...might be time to cut that cord and delete that bookmark  Huh
