Hi Guys, I logged into ecas using my hubbys info and his address is gone..should I be worried? Does anyone know what this means? When I log in using my info, my home and mailing address are still there...im kinda concerned something is wrong. I ran out of patience ages ago and surviving on grace..not ready for another blow from CIC...can anyone give me a heads up please guys.HuhHuh

It is a normal occurrence - do not worry.
Loads of people see this - blame GCMS (the new system).

Some system glitch.. no worries.. mine was gone several times. goes and comes .. again vanished these days.. Wink

It happened to me once as well. I called the call centre and the guy there told me it was fine, it was still there in the system.
