My E-cas status has shown another line (A decision has been made The office will contact you........) My residence status is complete and I am waiting for my PR cards to be sent.Does this mean that they has sent my cards  via mail?
 before my E -cas status was showing only to lines
1-We started your process in 2005....................
2- you landed in 2011 and become PR..............

Please I need help

Dear

I believe this was just a technica lproblem by ecas nothing more other wise after landing line there wont be any line or so added regarding Pr card arrival.. You can call them and ask them or just email the webmaster and ask them for this issue.
