hi,
I was arrested for 1st DWI in 2008,in USA.As my visa was about to expire in 2days,I left USA without appearing in court,my attorney represented me in the court.

Now my USA visa is denied.& I am about to apply for CANADA student or visitor visa.

1.Do i have to mention my arrest in USA?

2.Do they ask for FBI record?

3.As i was not convicted,What are my chances of getting a CANADA student visa?

4.How do we apply for a TRP(temporary resident permit)?Am I eligible to apply for a TRP?

Please advice me....
Thanking you....
