Hi all. I am sorry for such a ridiculous question, but I am really not quite sure, can I participate in USA DV lottery and apply for Canada SW at the same time??  I am just planning to apply for SW stream, but considering new immigrational policy 20k/year, this is not a 100% chance, despite I score 70-72.
So what do you think?

Of course, you go in parallel with both, and, in case you win DV Lottery and finish the FSW application you can choose if you want in US or if you want to go in Canada. Keeping both permanent resident statuses can be practically impossible. That would be a great surprise: to win the DV Lottery and to get your Canadian permanent resident visa.  Smiley Good luck.

Thank you for quick reply.  I know this is one hell of a luck, but well, you never know Smiley
