                       As appeal process will take so long time, i wanted to know if i can have an opportunity to see my wife and meet her family? my intention will be purely to return home back after my trip while appeal process go beside this. is this possible?

You must prove to them that you do intend on returning. Perhaps a house/apartment? A job? Land titles, that you own...

a prove is enough coming back home right way will be in my own interest because i have to show my good character to them by coming home back my case is in appeal queue why would i not come?

but keeping in mind my visitor visa was refused 2 times before Marraige in 2005 and 2007 and the reason they gave i couldn't satisfy them i will come back i can get legal status in Canada after three refusals am i going to get an other one?

for the sake of begin with my wife and her family i would go for it but what is important for me to know is it allowed to apply for visitor visa while appeal is in waiting queue?

they wont give it to u even if you hadn't previously been refused
you have a pending application and their point of view will be that it will be unlikely you will return

LoiseLane thats upset news for me in fact if they give i will really return, but anyways what can i do then...( just wait!!!!!!!!!
