Please advise...We are an Australian family with a PR application which is still in the Novia Scotia stage.  Meanwhile our 19 year old son who will not be acccompanying us to Can has been convicted of a DUI offence.  I am now led to believe that this could disqualify us.  He is financially dependant as he has his own business.  It is his first offence. Low reading of blood alcohol as he was caught under 0.02% Probationary Driver law. What should we do and how can we convince Can that we are still a good family for migration?!

Thanks for any replies
