Dear Captain and the rest of the 'Guru's ....

For months now i have been a silent reader of this forum...  which has helped me keep my sanity and answer many of my questions.  Today i write to you all.... very distressed... and need your advice before i do anything.

To cut a long story short....  my husband who is the Primary applicant has been laid off work just this Monday. ...   his Visa is due to be cancelled immediately due to the situation of the company.

We just submitted our medicals first week of August and sent in out DD withr our landing fee.

My Question is ....Huh  If my husband is on my sponsorship (Residency Visa)... when by the grace of God we get our PPR ... would it be an issue..??

I am a teacher in the UAE and i am in a position to sponsor my husband and my child.

Please..!! any advice will help..!!

regards

Just relax . As long as he is here on a residence visa no problems but u need to inform the visa office and send the passport copy with the new residence visa along with a covering letter citing the relevant reasons .
