Hi qorex...
My file is closed according to my consultant and i get to know while my status was change to decision made.... I try hard to take the siytuation out of them they recieve my letter on 7th April still they are in the process of discussion upon my case and other cases that they are able to appeal... They said my file is not rejected but close which can easily be re appeal but they must give me the letter what chc send them they are telling me all this as head office is in india i cant do anything just running after them.. plz suggest me something they are saying by wod of mouth its closed due to non sufficient Experience!!!!!.... Suggest me what to do.... i want to see the leter by my slf and how many days ae there to re appeal!!!!.. plzzzzz!!
You need to act quickly and what qorax has mentioned is the best to move on urgently. |

With that ur file has come out of the 2-yr "wait queue"... Work on it has recommenced. U should expect some movement in 3-5 months. Either an ADR or meds. Qorax |

Thanks Qorax.. should i start arranging for USA PCC as i was in usa for 3 years but in UAE since 3 years... (already submitted PCC in the docs submission), as usa PCC takes upto 4 months to arrange it frm FBI. |

hello everyone. My status changed to decision made from received by visa office. They sent me letter on 19th April. How long it takes to receive letter in Dubai. Who should I check with as it seems like something wrong If its rejection then do I have an option of appeal or something ?

It's very likely that they'd request u for it, thus u may start the process with FBI asap. BTW, even if they don't ask and u have it on u, there's no harm in submitting it... it does help. |

Hi rejis,
One of my experiences was same as urs but for onething, it was the worst.
when i saw change in the ecase,i called and informed consultaant/s in no time.surprisingly,instead of paying attention to my words,they tried to fool me by saying "ecas changes r unreliable and they dont go by it".then i requested them to send CSE and i followed up regularly to find feed back.they confidently tried to calm my apprehension, this went on for more than a mth untill i find another change in ecas.
Bang! I kw somewhere sth went wrong.when i call them i hear that chc london infact had sent communication( by e mail) before my first ecas change and the worst part is that,the time frame given by chc had expired.i literally felt bomb in my chest.i had tough time to find the truth,my hunt went on calling different people in diff countries of their organisation till i got to the root of it.they tried their best to conceal truth and divert the matter by saying," they can get extension".above all, these people instead of informing me straight away, wanted to get extension first and then call me.they had put their max efforts to get me blindfolded concerning their negligent act.
What happened next,i will write for sure oneday.
Dear all forum members be attentive and get authoritative with ur consultants if the situation demads.

I am really scared reading your post. Sometimes, we get totally tied up with the routine and may not find time to check the online status. Seniors, i have a question. Can we change the contact address for communication? Currently, the consultant's name is appearing there. Will it affect our case in any manner if i change the address?
