Beware of all consultants.My Aussie dream went kaput and I lost 6K dirhams because of one incompetent and useless consultancy firm *****.Let this be a warning for all.I think people like Captain Q,Biju and many other good Samaritans are more than enough to go through any migration without the help of these consultants.So my Canadian migration I decided to do it myself and with the help of the seniors I am through.

Hi.. I was after **spam** Regarding the Decision Made Online.....!!!!
In the end i my self Call the Head Office India and they said your file is closed in CHC LONDON.......I ask them what date u get this letter.. they said 7th april and their regional office is in Sharjah.....!!! and i running after them for 4-5 days i get to know by myself and yesterday was 27th i ask them already 20 days has passed you get this letter..... and there is no update 2 us regarding this.... then again i call their sharjah office they said as soon as we get the letter from CHC we wil update you and we will re appeal 2 open the case...... I don't trust them anymore...  please kindly suggest me what to do regarding re appeal?? where should i write the letter because my consultant was doing on behalf of us and from here i can well imagine that they get my letter on 7th april and till yesterday there was no update in their regional office!!!!!........ Plz suggest me something and the address where we send our complete documents in CHC london should i write them?? for reconsidering?? as according 2 my consultant my file is close not rejected so they have 100% chances 2 re open the file!!!

Hi guys,
I was checking the status of my application and got following message:-
We received your application for permanent residence on May 5, 2010.
 We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 24, 2012.

I have to update them my new employment changes which was done on Feb-12.
Can i update them online to keep them updated earliest. I will be sending documents asap.

I think you need not send the update now, For sure u will receive a list of docs to be send so we can update ur present employment with tht as its new.

You are 100% correct dear. 99% consultants are looking how they can make money and somehow they will manage to take full consulting fee before the real file movement itself and later you will be left alone. so be VV careful

Hi yes you are right they schedule all interviews on between sept to dec every year in Abudhabi they have a cycle every year i heard that on june - July they schdule on KSA then qatar then on Last they visit here

so I have to prepare for september for my CSQ interview that should take place in abu dhabi they will mention it soon on there web.

up to june in turkey

so they will have break maybe then come back sept.

Can anyone please explain the procedure of getting a Letter of Authentication from RTA in Dubai? I would need it for my driver's license in Ontario.

And my second query is that on my Dubai Residence Visa, I have my father's name in between my first name and surname (thanks to DNRD for messing up with my name). And the same kind of name also appears on my Dubai driving license. And I believe RTA Letter of Authentication or IDP are also going to reflect the same name. Is this going to cause any problem at the time of getting a license in Ontario?

Its always better to let them know of any change in address..

1. Visit the RTA Office @ Al Ramool [after Emirates Terminal-3].
2. Counter Nos. 22-29.
3. Show your 'original' DL, pay the fees [it was AED60, as last known].
4. It'd be offerred to u imdtly... over the counter.
5. Validity - 2 months.

1. Not required unless they ask for it, if at all.
2. Not required unless it's ur address of corresp.

no need to update about residance visa, and no need to update about residance address as you will correspond through p.o box and email. i think best way is to keep them updated about unavoidable situations in which you MUST inform is the option. with best wishes

1) form what I read in this website that as soon as I receive the medical repuest I have to complete the medicals from the approved doctors within 90 days of receiving the request? Is my understanding correct?

2) What happens to my application progress if for some reason I couldnt do the medicals within 90 days??

if you are unable to to complete the medicals with in the timeline,you have to inform the concern VO and explain the reason.
