Just now received the letter va postal which states as follwos:
"It has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing. We anticipate being able to advice you of the next processing steps in 6 to 12 months time""
Seniors,, will it take this much of time to process rest of the process.

U need to wait..Once you have a Process start date in your E-cas, it might take 4-8 weeks for you to receive the next communication.However it normally happens with in 3-4 weeks.Nowadays most of thee applicants are getting a letter from VO stating that they are eligible for further processing , but need to wait for another 6-12 months.But some applicants had received MR also.It fully depends on your IO' review of your files, to request you to wait or proceeed for Medicals.
What ever be the case, the further processing are not so clear as of now and again it depends on wht you get fromyour VO , a letter requesting you to wait or Medicals.
IMHO both , the letter or MR, are good news for anyone..coz for those applicants who has not heard from VO by july 2012, i beleive they would have to hang inthere for a long long long time Imean a looooooong time or follow the fate of the Pre Juners.
So if ya got the request to wait.......Relax!The VO are busy reveiwing all the MI files and they are hellbend to complete this by June2012.
After this and before July 2012 i guess you people should receive your next communication, But again it depends on your timeline ie when did you apply, ur VO,ur Noc,the date of 2nd Aor, the inprocess date, the date of starting process..all those things.
No one can predict anything ass of now.
Keep watching these threads and the others who has similar timelines.

Sir,
CIO-NS just verifies that ur apps [vis-a-vis the applied NOC], it's supporting docs, fees etc. r correct & complete; and that the cap is not reached. They do not 'assess' ur file... the VO does.

Just to update that today i have also recvd (what I call is interim) letter from London office which says I am eligibile for further processing and not to contact VO for next 12 months.
This is similar to what was posted by Mona a month back... and Rlex your guess was right and so the capt. words.
Well the last point is that the letter says the case is subject to admissibilty check. Can anyone tell what the VO would have done so far on cases like this and what could have been left to be check?

5 years ago we moved to UAE cause my husband found a job here , after 6 month I found My Job and since then Still working in that company , but I am still under my husband's visa , and in my visa I am house wife , please advise me that Are they going to call my manager in this case?
No worries, even if ur in Husband visa. But i am sure u must have attached a job description letter with ur salary from the company ur currently working with. Normally VO does not call, but if they want they can too. Biju |

Everything is going well and settled in new job.
I have to udpate the CHC , London about my employment change. Planning to submit Appointment Letter & Visa page copy.
I have received 2nd AOR in June-2011. When I can expect further processing.

hi buddy Plzz update at the earliest and if possible with a job discription letter from the current employer. Guys who got the 2nd AOR in 2011 - MAr/ Apr 1st week got the answer from CHC for (NOC 0111 and 1111 Only) so u can expect within 40-60 days Good luck dear Biju |

Buddy No cause for any worries, ur application is moving in the right track. but it takes between 7-8 months for the next step normally VO does not call and check for guys applied from Gulf, if u have attached the visa copy of the same company. but if the VO feel to check he can do so Let us hope for the best Biju |
