People having 2nd AOR date as FEB2011 & MAR2011 are getting letter from VO stating that they are eligible for further processing and asking to wait for another 6-12 months for any further action. Your timeline is closed to RLEX - you should wait for an update from him about the letter. Hi Biju,
Everything is going well and settled in new job.
I have to udpate the CHC , London about my employment change. Planning to submit Appointment Letter & Visa page copy.
I have received 2nd AOR in June-2011. When I can expect further processing.

Many had been in the same situation and had later found it to be a system glitch.
If its really a DM..then your Ecas status message would say tht they had made a Decision.

BA or BSc + 16 years of education = 20 points
MA + 16 years of education = 22 points
MA or MPhil or PHd + 17 or above years of education = 25 points
so you achieve 20 points in education
in the case of experience you may have not submitted job description of your any job , so the officer have awarded you less points.
this refusal is usually due to the unawareness of the procedures. your lasts posts convinced me that you have not read the guide given on cic website .
Govt of Alberta, Canada has done education evaluation for Pakistani degrees/diplomas. This will be helpful in calculating points. http://employment.alberta.ca/Immigration/12800.html |

VO is a part of CIC!
Jadedgeek, I guess u might be referring to Nova scotia..They calculate points based on your claims, but its the VO who after assessing your documentation decides whether you can prove that you are eligible for those points ie points for education,work experience etc... Rlex |

UpdateCouple of minutes ago, I had checked my e-case and found the following: //Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 27, 2012.//I noticed that this is the same date written by hand on the letter I got recently from London VO. I hope this is a good move in my file. Please pray for us

Hello, CIC received my passports on 29th March. My 2nd medical is going to expire on 3rd May. Still E-cas is showing In Process. I sent a reminder to them yesterday regarding my passports. No update..... Thanks. |
