Hi Captain, Biju, Bharat Bhai, Satdxb & to all forum members

Just to inform you that after a long struggle and facing many obstacles, I have only this morning received our Passports back from CIC London.  The only drawback is that the Passports do not contain stamped Visa but have the form IM 5292 attached to each passport instead.
My search on the net has resulted that this is the COPR form and passports that do not require entry visa to Canada will not be stamped with a Visa.

Anyways I am on Cloud 9 and wish to thank all of you who have guided me through this journey.  My prayers and wishes are with you all in achieving your dream.

Many thanks once again  Cheesy

Congrats

Hi Relx,
My case is "In Process", but it is not real in process as inside I can find RBVO info only. No processing date. Moreover, I just got my Caips today morning and I found that my file was UNTOUCHED since 21 feb 2011 Shocked
No points granted or calculated. Nothing at all.
I am sorry for my negative reply, I was hopping that I have something positive to share....but alas!

Thanks for the info.You got ur Caips or GCMS??
In my Ecas i cant find any iinfo regarding the File transfer date..Does your Ecas shows any info?

Canadian resume format is quite different from the rest of the world. And unless u stick to that format - ur chances of getting a/ny call would be bleak. And ppl here do not mention their social network or business network profiles on their resumes. Besides, Linkedin isn't very popular here anyway.

If u r a 2012 applicant, given today's processing trend...
-u should not expect anything happening before 6 months since ur apps went to the VO;
-u shouldn't contact them before 12 months to ur apps stiitng with ur VO.
