After more than 2 years, 2 lines have been added today to our online status......
A decision has been made n your application.
The office will contact you regarding this decision.
As we have not received our MR yet, I am still hoping that this is just a system error and we will still get a favorable feedback so I'm waiting for the actual letter from VO. Hopefully what auditor is saying will be true for our case as well.
By the way we applied via a consultant and essentially just followed their lead on the docs to be submitted. Will check with them tomorrow if they have received any news yet.

Mr qorax,i know you can give me a brief explanation help me to explain this status. 2 weeks ago my ecas status was DECISION MADE but after i open yesterday it says In Process but the details below, i was so confused i thought they refused my application and almost 2 weeks now i did not recieved any letter from CEM.

@ All Friends, Thanks a trillion to God! as I have recd MRs for the family a while ago. They have asked for:- 1. Med Reports within 90 days 2. IMM0008 for P/A 3. Sch A Background Dec formfor PA n all above 18 4. IMM5406 for PA + all above 18 5. RPRF for all as above 6. PCC for -- "do"--- 7. 2 recent Photos for all Guys, especially those waiting for their MRs / PPR/ etc. have faith in God for only He will guide you through hurdles and be with you during the awfulwaiting period. My prayers for all!  Right now, am Dancing with JOY, Thank God!   Best Wishes, Wowwwww... awesome news ..!!!! Heartily congratulations BESTPAL ..!!!! Cheers.. |

Dear all,
Need you advise.
I submitted my canada immigration documents in Oct 2009 and got the file number in July 2010. After that, last week I received a letter from VO asking for updated forms along with Police Report and Right of Permanent Residency Fee. However he didn't ask for Medical. According to my solicitor, once we submit these documents along with fee, we'll get Medical documents for the whole family.
Good New is that my wife is pregnant is expecting in Mid June.
Now if VO sends the medical documents, we'll not be able to medical until Mid June.
My solicitor is suggesting that we should send letter to VO requesting him not to send medical documents until Mid June, but I'm afraid that if we send the request to delay, then they may delay it for looooong, which I can't afford in the current circumstances.
What should I do? Should I request to delay or just send the requested documents and wait for their reply?

Hi,
I dont see any reason why a pregnant woman cant take medicals.whats wrong if u receive medicals.can i kw reason?
Only one medical test ur wife will not able to attend thats chest x ray to rule out TB. And there r lot of ways to exclude chest inf in pregnant women.moreover this test will b essential in certain countries only.
Ur DMP plays imp role here.
Infact if u ask for delay i feel its senseless.what reason u want to give for delayed medicals.
Think wisely.
Onething u can do, u can approach ur local DMP and get information, he /she sd know hw to handle.
If there is general rule that pregnant women sdnt take medicals then i can accept, medicals r done to check health of individual only to rule out possibilities of financial burden to country and also to protect community so i dont believe in existence of above said general rule.its the duty of doctor to rule out infection,its a bit challenging but nevertheless not impossible.
My opinion pregnancy sdnt hamper ur medical clearance.

secondly,I agree with other opinions that pregnancy is not sumthing that in anyway harmful to any person or community....thats what these medicals r to test for.I sugget u should call DMP s office n ask them what do they r being instructed to do in such a case.....
