My friend,
the best choice that you immidiatly add her to your application specially if you have your marriage contract ready,
and no
her education will not effect anything of your application
there will be a request from \vo from you to do medicals for her
good luck and congratualtions in advance for the marriage
Thanks but what if we can only provide diploma and not transcript of records because it's too hard to get from his school in Egypt, do you think we still continue the plan to marry and add him?how's the timeline with this?Thanks..

If I get you properly you are talking about the last step of the process before visa stamping(Passport Request). If this is the case then you will receive only one PPR for the whole family and you submit all your passports one shot unless you are single then it should be your passport only. I guess you confused it with AOR which comes in two sets for most VO's excluding London VO.. Hope this would help  |

Hi Seniors,
I have already done my medicals, but I would like to get married and add my spouse to my application.Actually, I want to add him before my PPR because I'm so much stressed thinking of the spousal sponsorship processing times in Abudhabi. It's a very long period to wait.However, I have the second thought to change my status because my future husband who is an Egyptian is only an Industrial diploma graduate ( I think it's equivalent to a high school diploma).Does his educational attainment could lead to refusal to my application even though my medicals is done already?How many months do you think the delay if I'm going to add him.Please help me to decide on this matter.

Dear Lovecan; for sure adding your husband to the application will cause delay yet it's worth waiting some more time than leaving your husband behind and apply for Family visa which requires that you should be in Canada and take at least 6 months processing.
Regarding what should you do to apply for your spouse!!!! You need to send a specific case inquiry to LVO explaining them that you would like to add your husband to the application... They will reply within 10 days asking you for a new schedule1 IMM0008 FORM filled and duly signed by you and your husband.. new family information,Travel history and PCC for your husband and maybe other forms.... There will be application and MR fees at the time of Medicals.... So, go ahead with your letter to VO and expect some delay and I believe it won't be more than three months.. All the best Sister |

@ All Friends, Thanks a trillion to God!  as I have recd MRs for the family a while ago. They have asked for:- 1. Med Reports within 90 days 2. IMM0008 for P/A 3. Sch A Background Dec formfor PA n all above 18 4. IMM5406 for PA + all above 18 5. RPRF for all as above 6. PCC for -- "do"--- 7. 2 recent Photos for all Guys, especially those waiting for their MRs / PPR/ etc. have faith in God for only He will guide you through hurdles and be with you during the awfulwaiting period.
