Hello everybody,
I have just done my medicals. They seemed to have gone smooth (or at least I felt ). I have some questions here guys.
How much are these medicals approximately supposed to cost one with the following: Applicant + Spouse + 19 year daughter + 16 year old son + 12 year old son?
Does the cost vary from DMP to another?
Thanking you guys for your help in advance.

Yes, the med charges [usually] vary between DMPs within the city.

Hi Captain,
Hope you are fine and so are those you dear much. thanks for the reply. Well, actually I had to pay a huge sum of money for the five of us: about 1,250 US Dollars. The doc said he had to do some extra tests for my daughter, the latter being a Type I Diabete! He didn't even give me a detailed bill for all what he'd done. In fact, I compared my case with Mycan's, who had done them with a different DMP. The difference is far significant. Anyway, hope just the Meds go fine. That's what is more important. How's life there? Hope you are enjoying. Thanks buddy for your vigillance and continuous support. I really appreciate and value your work round here. keep it up!

Hi Mat, its not an issue if ur PP will expire on Feb 2013. But after getting PPR, you cant go for renewal. So send ur current PP for visa stamping.

Cheers..

Biju,

I have changed my last name during the process and has informed VO about the same when i had submitted the full documents.
During the period between Ist AOR & 2nd AOR, I could acccess the Ecas using the ECAS using the Old lastname & UCI in Ist AOR,but not wiith File number mentioned in Ist AOR.After receving 2nd AOR, I Can access the Ecas using the New lastname,UCI and the File number mentioned in the Ist AOR,but not with Old lastname and the File number mentioned in the 2nd AOR.

The error shown is a standard one."We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons".

Also I cant see any details regarding File transfer date.

Regards

so thts the reason u cant access ur ecase dear , anyways if can access with the 1st AOR thts fine

Dear Biju,

Actually I have the transcript and the certificate which are stamped by HEC. This issue is driving me crazy really Sad . I can't find any reason way they give me only 20 points for education instead of 25.

I have completed 18 years of study in all different levels of education and the granted Master degree has been issued from Preston Uni an accredited educational institution authorized by the educational authorities in the country of issuance (Pakistan). The official website of HCE stating that this university is recognized (  http://www.hec.gov.pk/ourinstitutes/pages/default.aspx / )

Baju , can you advise me whether I can make the appeal to the VO themselves or should I have do it the court in Canada. Is just writing a letter explaining them where the error is can make them relook into my case.
Many thanks for your advise

first u have to appeal to VO if ur sure its a recongnised University with full time study

Good luck and God bless

can anyone please tell me that work permit is also good as immigration as i have no clue if i would be able to get immigration later. or can i transfer my case from work permit to immigrant later.
moreover would this period be counted in my immigration.
need advice

After getting the approval send to ur VO , thy will process ur file fast. so u can land with PR status
