hi Rlex

now few guys who got the 2nd AOR from March-June 2010 are seeing "In process with date CHC started processing" in their E-case status.  so as per tht time line your process should start by Feb 2013

Good luck and God bless

Biju

Thanks Biju, As per the latest info from London VO posted on someother forum, they are hiring more people to do the back office processing and is planning to clear the backlog of all applications received between Feb 2008 to June 2010 by Early 2013.
Hope this info is true and if so is a real good news for all of us who are waiting with no end in sight

Hello Qorax  can you please help me out

i got additional medical test request... its for TB please tell how long this test take they ask the following

"Repeat Chest X-ray (image and report) after 13/01/2012
Sputum smears and cultures for Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, taken on three consecutive days and incubated for 6 to 8 weeks. If unable to produce sputum or results unreliable send previous CXR (older than 6 months) or repeat CXR to ensure 6 month stability.

Can anyone advise what does that mean and how long it will take to complete the test. Thanks

Hi there,

I have a question regarding my application for PhD stream. I sent my documents on late January and they have deducted money from my banking account on Feb 21st. Today when I'm checking my bank account again I see that they have credited my account again. Why is that happening? Is there any idea about why did they do it?

thanks

Passports Request ------- Visas Stamping

Dear All,

After many months of waiting, thought of sharing the good news with all of you:

Today, the 27th Feb 2012, an e-mail finaly has been received from Canada Embassy Abu Dhabi requesting us to send the passports for visas stamping, we have to be in QUEBEC before the 12th September 2012.

It says passports will be returned within 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, I have 2 questions:

1- We are planing to land and come back to Qatar to close our open issues, jobs, sale of cars, bank accounts closure, etc....., How long do we need to stay in Quebec upon landing? our Brotehr in law is already there, let's say, can we stay after landing 10 days and provide his address to collect the RP & IDs?
2- In our applications, we have mentioned our intention to live in National Capital City, what if we go directly and reside in Montreal instead? is there any issue?

Appreciate your response and wish you all the luck!!!

Heyya ,

I was going through the cic website application forms..have some questions in mind

1. Reg. addditional dependant and in generic form, apart from my spouse and child i also have parents to look after. Do they count here? I have family of 5 do i need to fill additional dependant form? ( dic checklist says additional dependant form to be filled only if you have more than 5 dependants)

2. Reg. background form, i have done part time job and studied as well hiw do i write it?
Eg: 2002-2005 i did graduation but 2003-2005 i also did my job which is part time but equivalent to full time ad my college course was evening college. How do i write it?
In 2008 i was married do i have to mention this as well? Also the rows for writing these are less how do compensate?

3. When i add my depndants whi are not accompanying do i have to submit their birth certificates, supporting docs etc?

4. If you are married and yet are travelling alone to Canada initially , what will you write in the column the reason for your spouse and/or family not accompanying with you.

Sorry for so many questions.. I dint have the patience to ask thrm one by one.. Yet i dont mind if some good people answer them seperately. Thanks a Million for sorting it out.

Regards,
Tabrez.

Hi Friends,

Just need your valuable adviice on the below.
We will be landing in canada just to complete our landing formalaties by secong week of march.
Regarding the Proof of fund we have to take 17500 CAD of which i am planning to take 70% as DD & rest as cash.

Since we are not permanently moving now to Canada we are planning to cancel the DD & change the CAD back to AED once back in Dubai.

Does any one know some one in Al Fardan exchange who can give me a good exchange rate for the DD?

Also to buy CAD which is the best place?

For FSW applications we need to send the PPs to London and it takes 20-30 days to get it back.

Hello Soby, Good morning! I have few questions please?

1. Where to send first FSW's Generic application form IMMI008?
Program under which you are applying? Is it economic?
2.Is Dubai's VO office in Abu Dhabi?
3. What is your NOC? Smiley
