Brother,

It'll be difficult to send any further docs/apps to CIO-NS, as u won't have a 'relationship code' [eg. the File No.]. Thus, the CIO will not be able to link it.

However, many have also either done so, or have advised others... but the result/s are unknown.

As for the cover letter, u don't need any specific format. Just write a suave letter indicating the want/need to replace the older forms. Who knows, CIO may accept it too.

Good Luck !
Qorax

Thanx for valuable advise, brother

Hi ather,

I too had my interview in AUH on Mar 7.. since then they've asked for fresh PCC which I've sent and now just waiting.
Any idea what might be the issue guys?

cheers,
-Sanj
I recieved nothing yet. CHC is saying that they r awaiting for the results of background check. But at the time of medical they had asked me PCC that i had given them at that time.
there is only wait we can do
But i dont understand even after interview why there is too much time there r taking? Most of the people who got their interviews in march got stamped their visas except very few people like u, me and some others.
let's see

HI SamDXB
Wh r u?
u dont want to join with us?

I heared from u after long.

What they have written in their website about time frame, medical form etc, CHC dont follow this. The result should be in given time frame or they should specify time frame according to natioanlity or other certain factors. Even the applications with AEO they r dealing same. I got caips notes, they gave me 91 points. Even though i have acheived 91 score, i am among the people who r waitintg in end lines.

keep on sharing ur information & views with us

Hi Qorax,

Just a quick question. I have a loan here in abu dhabi in HSBC, i have one more year to pay it off. What is the best way If we land in Canada, do I have to comeback here in UAE and get back to work so I can pay it off or is there a way that I don't have to come back and continue paying it in Canada.

Please advise. We Have already done our medicals and waiting for PPR.

One more question, I have a good offer in another company here in UAE, if I decide to transfer do we have to update my details of our application paper in CHC? My wife is the principal applicant anyway.

Hope Im not asking too much.

Thanks very much!

1. If u don't info the bank, there wouldn't be any probs.
2. If u r not the PA, there's no need to info.

Hi gavino,

As far as I have heard, all the banks have a link with each other together with the central bank. When your visa will be cancelled, your company will inform your bank where your salary is being credited about your cancellation of the visa. This info will  then be transferred to all other banks where you have a loan or bank account. So I don't think so that HSBC willl let you go without paying off the loan.

Please confirn this info.

Dear Dubai Applicants,

I had posted the below as a new thread but hardly got any answers. Maybe one of you can read it here and reply.

On the 1st of April,2010 we did our medicals in Dubai. My second daughter is DS. We have now been asked to do further tests for her, none of them physical examinations. A Physcological report, an IQ test and assesment of degree of mental retardation. It is costing me AED 2500 to AED 5000, depending on the number of test the phycologist says she might need. I have to pay additionally 750 just for consultation. Can I do this in India? the letter states clearly that the DMP must refer us to a Physcologist; the one she is referred to us is very expensive. If anyone can advise on this, i would very much appreciate.

Secondly, if I do this tests here and then send my family back to India, if we get further tests , can they be done in India? and if we get a passport request, can i just fly, get the whole families passports and send it by courrier from here or do all memebers of the family need to be physically present when we send the passport requests?

Thanks Again.

1. Med furtherence has to be done by the specialists referred by the DMP. U cannot do it elsewhere. I'm not sure about later re-meds being done from another country, u may check that with your DMP.

2. If u r sending pps by courier, not an issue. If u r getting them stamped in person, u'll need a consent letter from all [yes, including your 'own' family members].

   Hi Amit,

If you r not aware then am also a candidate on waiting list for ppr, interviewed along u people in AUH,today received a letter from CIC that my medical hasn't reached there which i had done long before interview,Just imagine they tell me after 4months of sending my medicals that they never received them..anyway it shows that CIC is not sitting Idle but doing its work i admit that its a long and lengthy process but in the end the results are fruitful....lucky for you guys that they are not asking for anything, for me this is the second time after interview that a query letter for something  pops up..to me it seems that am really struck with some pretty bad luck but that doesn't keep me from loosing hope..someday soon enough all of us will receiving good news , Just have faith Bro.

Captain,

Many thanks for the reply. I also sincerely wish you a happy, healthy and a prosperous new life in a new country. I know you have answered this, but just to further clear my doubt, I will do the medical tests that they have asked. After this, will send my family back to India. When they ask for passports, would they have a problem that the family is in India but the passports are send from Dubai?   We are seriously considering moving back, and as stage one want to send the family. I do not want all of them to come again just to send the passports. There is one additional point to be facotred in, I am not the principal applicant, my wife is. Would very much appreciate if you can clarify the above.
