Thanks Jacky (am not brother but sister btw Wink)
I didn't understand what do you mean by case specific inquiry.
We came know that our MR was sent to us on 20 dec 2011 only when we followed up with LVO via email. LVO gave us a email reply about this.
What I have now done is sent a reply to LVO re-requesting those forms and document requests to be scanned and sent to me. Does LVO have a habit of bending rules to send MR through email to the applicant?

Oppsss sorry SIS!! I mean you have to write details of what happened to your MR and the agency mistakes, and change the adress to your own adress, this way VO will prioritize your case..... Recently many applicants are receiving MR Through e-mail only, many of them are in this forum, I hope one of those guys will read your post and confirm back. All the best SIS!!!!!

As soon as your mail is delivered to the VO you would get an automated reply stating your email has been successfully delivered and you will receive a reply within 28 days
This is what rejis was trying to tell you.
So once you get this reply you can be sure that your mail is successfully delivered and eventually VO would check and revert.

Hi guys,

Anyone can help me in this? I have a master degree from Preston University of Ajman; this certificate is issued by Preston University in Pakistan and my question whether this degree is acceptable from London visa office?

My lawyer told me that usually the immigration office in London recognizes any certificate as long as the university who issued this certificate is accredited by the Ministry Of Education wherein this certificate was issued. As far as I know Preston has gotten their accreditation from the High Ministry of Education in Pakistan about 2 years back ...
Any advice can be helpful ...

Thanks

Hi Guys,

I recieved my 2nd AOR on 20th September 2010 and my ECAS Status got to IN PROCESS on 31.05.2011 with the same RBVO details.
Nothing changed after that only address disappeared 2 times.

If i am ordering CAIPS, will this give any information like on which date or in which year, they will start processing my application?
or ordering CAIPS at this stage is useless.
