Thank you Master Qorax for your guidance. Teacherji, I took his advise and taken TC for my kids in Oman & leaving now. I'll put them to school as soon as I land in Mississauga to what ever class applicable. A year here & there will not make any difference. In the long run it helps. Consider his advise. I am PR holder valid till August 2016 and I left Canada on 31-07-2011 and i would like to get back on 4th June 2012. Having stayed 10 months outside will it causes a problem? do i need to go through immigration office again? Please seniors who had same experience reply me.

Hi Ameer Algwafi, No issues. You can reenter as the duration of stay outside Canada is only 10 months. Hope you had collected your PR Card before leaving or else you need to get PRTD. To retain your PR you need to stay minimum 2 years (730 days) out of 5 years.
