Apologies for inserting my dumb questions in an otherwise upbeat thread.

I did email VO two days back for a status update of my application, and they did not get bak to me yet Sad

It's been depressing to having to wait with no updates from anyone whatsoever. I think my frustration builds up due to inaction by my consultant.

If VO doesn't reply, is it recommended to send follow ups?

Also, what is the correct process to send details of the renewed passport?

All your replies are very much appreciated.

Hi Dear,

Thanks for the reply. I am a pre Feb-2008 applicant. Its been more than four years that I am waiting for my second document request. I just received my file number after I submitted my application through Premeirs Dubai. Since then there is no further update or information.

I would appreciate a prompt reply in my inbox regarding the contents of letters as advised by you.

God bless you

Wait for atleast two weeks for their reply or otherwise there standard time frame to reply back is 28 days

U can send follow up mail but atleast it shd be after a month or so [recommended], You can ask / pressure ur consultant to send an email to ask the current status.

For renewed PPs you can send them just a scanned PPs email copy yet they are not liable to acknowledge.

Its not always neccesary that the e case been updated with medical result have been received line.
You would receive the PPR in due course.

Hi All

After going through the discussion on Time processing I understood that After submitting the file , First file number is application received , 2 AOR is indication of  your minimum 67 points requirement is done &  ready for further process with visa officer. Your education, Work Experience, Background and supporting of your file are checked during Visa office eligibility stage. Once these are approved then you're in process  stage starts and then your medicals Request and then Passport request and then visa stamp. (As per the CHC time frame for London is 23 months)
I want to know time frame of 23 months is same for all categories or in general time frame depending on occupation demand it differ  case to case ( My NOC is 1111, May 2010, VO- London )
After 23 months Visa officer will start your process or it will be completed in 23 months. These is my observation I May be wrong please excused me for that.
I will highly appreciate if seniors on this forum can give their opinion.

I have some good news after depressing last two days. I got a reply from LVO few minutes back. Perhaps chatting on this forum was lucky  Cheesy

But listen to this news!!!! According to LVO, they have dispatched a letter for our medical and one other document requests on 20th December!!!! Now, our mailing address is the consultant's address, and he actually has no clue, hasn't received any such letter. We spoke to our consultant few minutes back and he said he would investigate.

Can anyone advise whether there is any time limit for providing medicals and PCC to LVO? Am just worried because if they sent the letter on 20 dec, we have lost more than a month already.

Appreciate everyone's kind support

1. Kick ur DumbA55 consultant to start working - searching his immense junk - ur mail must be collecting dust somewhere. Imagine the dumbos, a lurking 'Premiers' didn't provide the PPR to one of our google-group members - 'Hebbar' [he's also in this forum] - and the guy had almost lost his PR. After 6 months of meds, when he himself contacted CHC-London, they informed him that his case was closed 'coz he didn't submit his pps since 3 months [they had sent him the PPR already]. And when he confronted Premiers with legal action - they then produced that PPR, which was 4 month's back dated. Which CONsultant is urs?

2. CHC usually give u 45-60 days to do ur meds.
