Thanks Soby, Im in Dubai. Have fixed an appointment for all at Apollo, Ahmedabad for 20th Jan. reji Congrats Reji Yes you can do it in A'bad. One of my friend did from Apolo. Thy say it was fine with them. Are you also in A'bad? Or in Dubai. It's better to have all the family members medical be send in single packet, as it can avoide unneccessary delay. Dear Qurox and seniors,
This is Joe from Dubai. I too have applied for Canada PR in last April 2011 and i have got the VISA stamped just two week before. I admire almighty for his support. More over i am thankful to all the people in this forum for their support through their discussions . There will be so many people like me who are going through this forum without registering in it. Guys,These discussions are really helping to so many people in UAE.
I applied Canada immigration without thinking anything. But when i start reading this forum, i understood the pains and difficulties. However nothing came in between. We got the Visa in our passport. we are planning to land somewhere in the middle of the this year and come back. Then move back to Canada after one year.
Can u guys tell me what all the things we should be carrying with me while we land. I believe below forms are required for the landing .
1. Passport with Visa stamped
2. COPR
3. Passport Size photos
4. PR Card application
5.Good to follow list(B4/B4a)
6. Goods accompanying list
7. Sin card application form
8. Immunization card
9. Proof of funds.
My first question are
1) i heard that The funds we bring inside Canada are Non-Taxable. Does it only applicable only during first entry? Can i bring any amount of money without tax when i sell my property in India may be after 5 years?
2) Can u please send me the template and filled form of B4 and B4a?
3) What is COPR and what should i fill there?
4) Where will i get the PR form?
5) What is the validity of the goods to follow list?i mean how much duration do they allow me to bring the declared goods?
I request seniors to reply and send me sample filled copies and B4/B4a forms for landing.Special thanks to Biju and Qurox.
