we are landed last August ,2011 ( me, me wife and 3 kids) . Three of us got Permanent Resident Card . kindly what is procedures to ask about missing Cards

Hi Mustafa, you will have to call on below number, they will let you know the status of the missing card. 1-888-242-2100 Make sure you have your Client ID number, Full name , DOB, Date of Landing, Airport of Landing, current address and so.They will ask for all of this info to verify you.
