Hi Guys,
Help Me Please!!! I am planning to move to Canada in Jan/12, I am in accounting profession, do you know any accountant who has done CGA or he is working in Toronto? I have to ask some question, regarding which accounting software is commonly using there? How can I get credit transfer, I have done MBA-executive, MA-Economic, & B.COM and my planning to become CGA, but CGA is very long program 3-4 years, during that time which certificate or degree I can achieve from Canada based on my current qualification.
Kindly can you give me any contact number of CGA fellow. Or is there anyone (accountant) who got immigration.

Hi QORAX
I am worried about my PR as I have no news from the London office for the past 14 months now.
I had sent all my documents to London office in March 2010 and received the acknowledgment in July 2010. They mentioned to check Ecase regularly and wait 8 months for their response. I try to check Ecase but no matter what file number i try, i am not able to access, and I tried to mail the visa office as well, enquiring about the status of my papers, but I havent received a response from their side.
I am just thinking that have they rejected my case ?
Are there others with my timeline or am I the only one waiting so long??
Kindly advise how can i follow up my application .

Hello Lovie .. Well, u take it easy, and welcome to the patience waiting boat  We are almost with very close time frame, I also submit my application in April 2010, then got 1st AOR, then my documents,then got 2 AOR on 4th July 2011, and since then no news .. also still the same, Can't follow up with my application in e-CAS ,, doesn't appear there, This delay we all pre June 2010 applicants are facing .. and no clue so far when should get the boat moving :p :p Relax n chill mate .. n let's keep Hope .. In my labor contract my annual salary for first year was 24kdhs but second and third year salary had increased i.e. 48k dhs so in REFERENCE LETTER which salary I should mention?? According to labor contract or year vise,?? what would be the best way..

Hi dear, you should mention the current salary which you are getting. And for supporting , you can add the increment letters along with labor contract. Cheers.. |

I have just a small question regarding re-medicals. If ones medical has expired and received a new instruction to re-do the medical examination, does he has to do all the test including the X-Ray?
