hi,

Did you receive any thing Huh...PPR.

I think we should get PPR maximum before our RPRF DD expired..otherwise they have to send it back for revised one..

What do you think on this point?..

Hi dear, Canadian employers needs local experience, so we have to update our experience and education for getting better jobs with good salary.

CGA, is the best choice for getting accountant job.

 http://www.cga-canada.org/en-ca/Pages/default.aspx

Secondly, as you reach Canada, go for CO OP program, below is the thread posted by Captain Qorax. It will give you local experience which will help you getting job.

All the best.

Hey guys, I have a question. A pre-june friend of mine has received his PPR today from London VO through his consultant; a week after it actually arrived and 3 days after he got 'Decision made'. Apparently though, he has had a falling out with the consultant due to the delay and now wants to send the passports himself. He is going to send the passports and a self addressed envelope (to his own address instead of the consultant's) which is different from the address on ecase and different from the updated IMM0008 he sent with his meds (both those are of the consultant). Do you think it would be a problem?

Dear all,
Thanks for quick response, and useful information, do you know any accountant who has done CGA or he is working in Toronto? I have to ask some question, regarding which accounting software is commonly using there? How can I get credit transfer, CGA is very long program ¾ years during that time which certificate or degree I can achive from Canada based on my current qualification.
Thnx.

Hi Wendy, no problem at all.
I did the same.

Just tell him to mention his cell number too on the self addressed envelope.

Hi dear..

here is the solution..if u have any VOIP calling cards(internet calling cards) dial this number: +16139444000 EXT 12120 try many times..till u find a agent to talk..they will ask u client ID number, address given while landing..phone number and all..try it.

All the best!

Thanks for sharing this ALI BHAI ..!!
Let me share one point for buying own house in Canada, a decent flat (2 bedroom) /Condo will cost on the average 400,000 CAD. Newly immigrants will have to pay around 30-35% down payment if they want to buy the house on loan in the first 6 months. And after a year,  banks will only ask for 20-25% down payment.
So guys, as Captain suggested again and again, pls start YOUR SAVINGS..!!!!
Cheers..

yes we need savings 100% correct

but u can buy a 2-3 BHK for 160,000 -190,000 in Brampton. so guys now a small relief isn't it   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

downpayment - 25% for new immig
