Dear All,
Need your advise.....my NOC is -0111 which is no longer with the 38 occupational list..is it possible for me to add my employer's certificate for part time employment which fall under the lates NOCs to add credit in my application? ot it will just complicate it?

Hi Micham, I believe, when your case is " In Process" - which means the V.O would be checking / evaluating your file & other related documents, which you have submitted. I suggest you should wait to hear the outcome... Updating your part-time employment will not speed up your Imm. case nor you will fall under the new FSW immigration scheme. It would rather complicate your process & remember any new updates will fetch you an addtional BF'D date, which could in-turn delay your Imm. processes... I am not an expert, But... also wait... until our other senior members advice their opinions as well... Regards, VINK |

Hi, all depends on the seriousness of the infection and disease. If the infection is curable, and can be removed after some treatment , then there is no need to worry. Cheers... |
