Dear Mr.Qorax
I have gone through your postings and they seems to be informative. I would like to have a small favour from your side. could you help me out Please ....
Basically I am an Indian Citizen and I was employed in Saudi Arabia from June 2007 to June 2009. I applied for Canada PR under FSW category on Dec 2009, My Visa office is New Delhi. (NOC code 1111)
I got my first medical on Jan. 2011. At that point of time they have asked me to submit Saudi Arabia PCC. I sent mails to Saudi Embassy in New Delhi and Indian Embassy in Riyadh requesting for PCC. But I did not get proper response from them. So I had to draft a detailed letter to ND CHC for not obtaining a PCC from Saudi Arabia, and also I had to return the medical papers and requested for new medicals as my new born baby was not included on Feb.2011.
Later on I received the second medicals on Mar 2011. This time they asked me to “Please provide any correspondence with KSA Embassy”.
I had completed the new medicals on March 15,2011 and had couriered all the documents including correspondence mail copies received from KSA Embassy in New Delhi and Indian Embassy in Riyadh.
My RPRF was encashed on 05-04-2011.
We have n't received our Visas yet. Will there be any problem in our case ?
Your suggestions are highly appreciable.
Please do help us in this regard.
Regards
Nithin
In a couple of months u should be getting your PPR. Relax & have faith in God... u could hear from them by Aug/Sep-2011. Qorax

Hi all, Every member of Pre-June 2010 are predicting dates for their medicals or status change and are very much anxious to now what is there on the back of the minds of CHC guys, visa offices specially London, which is very slow. yes Patience is the key and this immigration process have been teaching us this unusual phrase "Wait and watch" for quite sometime now. For some they are simply changing the status but updating nothing like "RBVO" to "In Process" without beginning the process. For some they are sending emails templates as standard replies like "We have recieved 400,000+ applications and you have to wait for 2 years for your turn to come". This reply has been comming since Jan. 2011 and now even after 7 months, the applications are 400,000+, nobody recieved the email with the lesser number They simply increase the processing times from 12 to 14 to 16 months quarterly or so. last month, they have removed the address from our ECAS status and we thought something may happen but 2 weeks later it appeared again. Despite of all these games CHC is playing with us, we have to believe what Andrew Carnegie said: "The man who acquires the ability to take full possession of his own mind may take possession of anything else to which he is justly entitled"

Thnx for your reply SATDXB. Is it ok to do it at this stage itself. As per him he sent the docs on sat. And the docs will be submitted in 3-4 days in Canada. Should I cancel the representation after he submits the docs. I have actually paid a good sum to him. Is there ANYWAY that I can know about the initial submission of docs at NS.
Yes dear, you can do that. Cheers..

Hi all,
I have applied for my PR under FSW from Dubai in Sept'2009 and since then waiting eagerly for my PR.
With god's grace I am done with my medicals on 16 Jul'11 and same is received by LONDON VO on 20 July'11 along with my RPRF fees.
As I keep reading on this forum that it can take 2 years to get an application processed as I am pre June 2010 applicant..is it true that still its gone take that long from hereon? Actually Im already finishing 2 years since the time my application was filed.
Can anyone tell me how long is it gone take now from the time I'm done with medicals to get my passport request...I would request all who have already got visa as per my timeline or who have got their visa's stamped recently from LONDON VO.
Please share ur views....
Thanks to each and everyone..

New form for permanent resident applicationsAs of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are asked to complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008). This new form creates one universal application for all permanent residence categories. The form features prompts and drop-down lists that will make completing the forms much easier for applicants and will help prevent errors that create unnecessary processing delays. Completing the form electronically and validating the form before printing will generate a unique bar code to allow for the efficient entry of data into CIC's case management system. Older versions of the permanent resident application form will still be accepted, but only until March 31, 2012. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/notice-permanent.aspCheers...
