I had read some thread for pre june 2010 applicant like me

2nd aor received in august for both 4131 and 0111 applicant and both of them received their MR this july already (visa office is manila)

Need your insights if MR are being sent by now for those applicant whos 2nd aor is received in august 2010

1)  AS EARLY AS INFORM VISA OFFICE  OR
2) WAIT  untill  for your baby s passport (agent advise)

Apply for the baby's inclusion in your case file AFTER u have recd his/her pps.

  m new here on this forum but need yr help plzz....
  m pakistani but residing here in dubai since 4years.i sent my application forms twice under category 3131 to CIO but returnd because of deficiencies now i gathered all my docs and want to send asap.but i have few queries....
  1. what should i write in visa office requested for application process??means london or CIO???
  2.where i wll send my application package sydney or london??
  3. should i send the new forms updated on cic web page or just IMM 0008??
  plzzzz guide me m very upset and want to send it soon.

I DID MY FIRST MEDICAL BACK IN JUNE 2010 AND IN APRIL 2011 I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM CHC TO REDO MY MEDICAL AS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO ISSUE THE VISA AND I DID THE SECOND MEDICAL IN APRIL 2011 AND BY THAT TIME MY WIFE WAS PREGNANT IN HER LAST MONTHS AND THE DR MENTIONED THID IN HIS REPORT AFTER WE SENT THE MEDICALS WE RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER 2 WEEKS LATER FROM CHC INFORMING US THAT WE HAVE TO SEND THE NEW BABY'S DOCUMENTS BEFORE 1/9/2011 TO PROCESS HIS CASE , MY BABY WAS BORN LAST WEEK AND I ALREADY SENT THE DOCUMENTS WITH THE 150 CAD I GUESS THE NEXT STEP SHOULD BE THE MEDICAL FOR BABY RIGHT  BUT HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE THEM TO SEND ME THE BABY'S MEDICAL ?? AND HOW LONG AFTER HE DO THE MEDICAL WOULD IT TAKE TO ISSUE THE VISAS

THANKS FOR HELP GUYS COZ I NEED TO START PREPARING MYSELF FOR THE MOVE SOON I GUESS

as said b4 u will be receiving the meds within 2 months from the date CHC received the bby's docs and PPR too soon after u send the meds as ur case is delayed and u did the meds 2nd time.

 i send PCC + updated forms +Photos on 17 june that VO required in a enquiry and today my address disappeared what should i think this may be a good sign for med or something else pl, comments

Normally for pre june 2010 cases , MEDS will be received after 4-5 months min:
If its post june 2010 case u will receive in 50-90 days as MEDS comes in normal post.

ur 100% correct as we know the fastest VOs are New Delhi (india) and Manila (philippines)   but we fall in the slowest VO London

great u apply under NOC Pharmacists. as per the new rule u have to send the full doc with IELTS result, all experience letters ,transcripts etc to CIO-N S.
1.  in the VO space u need to write London (UK)
2.  yes buddy u need to send the new updated forms

No cause for worries buddy .  ur NOC  Pharmacists is there in the new list too

  and all that i understood, only i have to uptadate IMM0008 and the rest forms remains the same.
  soo plzz correct me if m wrong.....

New forms and an updated Instruction Guide and Document Checklist (IMM 5612) are now available. Applicants should follow the new Instruction Guide when preparing to submit an application

Applications that are received by the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) on or after November 14, 2011 that have not been prepared using the updated Instruction Guide and the Document Checklist (IMM 5612), will be returned as incomplete.

Note: As of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are asked to complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008). Applicants are encouraged to complete the form electronically and validate the information to generate 2D barcodes before printing. To ensure you have the most recent application form, please use the link to the application form below.

yes buddy , u need to fill the new IMM0008 online form which will have the Barcode. rest forms are fine as long as u send ur appli NOW.
