Hi Seniors Specially Capt Qorax,
I have received my CAIPS notes. Could you pls clarify my below queries.
My B'FD is 02/07/2011. Does it mean that I would be getting my PPR only on or after this date?
In cost recovery what does it mean by RPRF: LFD. (I have already send the Draft for the RPRF for both of us)
What does it mean by "IMS - Visa notified on 11 April 2011, Case status 'assessed M01'"
What does it mean by Med Stage M01?

Hi soby Till Captain answers :- wht i understand is, since ur BFD is 2/7 , u can expect on or after tht date ur PPR .but during tht time ur security checks will be carried out (thts the normal waiting time) Med M01 means ur meds are perfect RPRF shows LFD ie payment deferred, - whn have u send ur RPRF?? with meds ? anyways ur file looks perfect - no worries buddy Biju |

Thanks Biju for the reply. Yes the DD for RPRF is received by My Consultant on march 23rd and she has submitted the same to CHC. My medical done on 19th and wife on 26th of March. Even after the Medical submission CHC had asked updated Forms which my consultant submitted promptly. So i am wondering how come my RPRF is LFD. Any way I should re-confirm with my Consultant But i have a question if My Meds are perfect (as per Med Stage M01) why my MDEC is still 0? Thanks Soby |

It is illegal for the employer to hold your passport as it is a personal document and should be in your possession at all times. Hence, it is your right to request your passport, without even giving them an explanation.
I've been keeping mine with me always, never left it with my employer. But some companies made a practice of keeping employee passports.
Actually, i still have a long way to go. I was asked to forward some missing document on or b4 31th july which have sent today, all my collegues including the manager's passport are kept will the company. am just worried on wat to tell them wen i needed it. Thanks for your response... |

hi there....!
i have a small query..it has been asked many times from other forum user and me as well..as if now many cases under FSW1 with noc 1111 & 0111 are under In-process with RBVO status since oct-2010.......my question is this In-process staus dummy....just to keep the applicant feel that the process is under B/Check...or Doc/check...that too for CHC London...bcaus i recieved 2AOR in july ...& when i send a Case enquiry they replied by saying it will take 2 years...or more...& that too they changed the status to In-process with RBVO details.......& another thing i have noticed one thing that many forum user update false info ....i have read in one of th post that CC replied to wait for 2 years ...or withdraw their application if thy wish.....
