Hi now after u see 'in Process' few guys get meds after 100-130 days. i mean if u apply for CAIPS there should be some details on it - or else no use ie why i said to wait 90-100 days and apply for CAIPS Biju ok biju..... but just a little bit curious.......why 90 days?  is this the time frame most people are getting medicals now or it takes more than this? |

Thats 100% WRONG buddy to get the canadian PR visa stamped, no need to cancel the UAE VISA Bijuhi guyz,

Yes buddy now the CHc is vv slow to appli who are send from OCt 2007 - Feb 2008 and Pre june 2010 appli. Hope thy start the process for these guys soon, bijuDear Quorax,Biju bro & fellas,
It seems like nowadays VOs have become more skeptical towards the pre 26th June cases and emphasizing more on the new 29 occupations cases and post 26th June cases.
What do u say?!!Guys like me & coolguy2010 have submitted the full docs in January 2011 and yet to receive the 2nd AOR..(pre 26th June cases)

It happened for few cases during the 'real' fast-track of 2009/2010... guys were asked to cancel their UAE visa/s after their interviews [they posted their concern over various forums, including this one]. However, it was a ploy adopted by the VO's to ensure/Xcheck the sincerity of the applicants to actually reside in Canada - rather than 'return imdtly' after 'landing'. In any case this is not mandated under the IRPA regulations.. neither a country has any jurisdiction over another nation's visas - to conditionally approve/disapprove theirs. Qorax |

I got 2nd Medical request yesterday after 16months waiting and expiry of my 1st medical last Nov 2009!
Timeline is: MR received OCT, 2009>>>MR sent Nov, 2009>>16 months waiting with two e-mails (BG review)>>>
2nd MR recieved Apr 27, 2011. Need to send asap with Police clearence (recommended to avoid more delay).

i macy. there is no need to cancel the UAE visa just to get your passport stamped for Canada Visa. There is no requirement as such. You may even come back here in UAe to continue you contract of work after a stay of a month in Canada, just to get your passport stamp for your entry in the land of Canada. I knew this cause my consultant has advised the same. |
