Hi G2009, Thanks, Below was the email i had received from CHC : We regret that due to an error on our part, we have yet to conclude background checks and therefore cannot issue visas until these are complete.
We have expedited these checks and hope to have them concluded within 4-6 weeks.
We can either hold your passports until this time, or return them to you in the meantime. Please advise.
And few days before, they themselves sent a mail: This is to advise that we have now completed background checks and visas will be issued this week.
