Dear Qorax,
I am August 2009 applicant under 0213.
My wife and I did our medicals at the end of September 2010 and our new born on 30 November 2010. I send CHC London enquiry about the status of my application, they replied that they are yet to received spousal medicals. I then replied giving them tracking number of the medicals send last September 2010, but did not receive any reply from them since two weeks back. RFPR fee is paid in October 2010.
What do you think about my status and when do you expect I will receive PPR.

BTW i have sent my application with Allah grace on the 10th april 2011 to Nova Scotia.I sent the application through ARAMEX, and i believe it has reached them aswell coz i tracked the shipment and the status shows delivered.

indeed bijju you deserve all the thanks.
I saved money and time all because of  ur advises.BTW ARAMEX says they have delivered it to the CIC counter and they do not put the receiver name but only a receive stamp and sign.it says delive "Shipment Delivered   - STEPHENSON CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION".
i believe i must follow up with Alfardhan exchange and track when the bank draft is encashed.What do u say?

Any comments ? What i have understood is no progress in case ! I requested for CAIPS on 07 march 2011, while my ecase status has changed into IN PROCESS on 29th March 2011.

Above CAIPS notes havent given much update/any information to me except none !

Bro, now one thing is clear that they dont need anything and your file is in the right track; It is only your file is in QUE for processing; although the BFD date is 17-11-2010 (remember my BFD date is 22-11-2010, as per CAIPS, so I will have my MR after a month of your getting it; God willing and hence no tension but patience is the keyword), it has NOT been touched, becoz of overload, or else you would have recd, either addtnl request or MR!

Besides, with your informing them abt yr marriage the file will have some movement. Just expect a delay of additional month or so, for the inclusion of your spouse's details, with the docs that you will send.

Hi Someday, very sorry for all what happened with you.
I will really suggest you, to continue searching a job here in Dubai. I am very sure, you will get a good job within the notice period.

If you have applied through a consultant, then they can receive your medical papers and forward you to India, and you can get your medical done from there. But if self applied, then you will have to inform CHC about the change in your file address. Regarding ban, if you get a job, you will have to pay some certain amount to Labour, for your ban to get removed. So no need to worry for that part.

Dear all,

I am a silent member of this forum.  My second AOR recd in feb 2011 and status shows inprocess since feb 2011.  CHC london.  applied in 0111 fast track.

I am in Dubai working as a fin manager since 17 months but i just received termination letter from my employer yesterday with one month notice.  There are may questions comming in my mind?

1.  If i move back to my country (India) it will delay my file a lot.  Suppose i get medicals after i move to india what will be my situation.

2.  secondly,  can I get any ban to work in dubai ?

3.  I am trying to find a new job atleast till the canada file is processed which might take one more year.  My rental apt lease is just renewed before 2 months.  If i have to move back to india there will be lot of monetary loss to me as well as it will increase my timline for dubai. 

I am very tensed since past 24 hours. 

Any good words and suggestions welcomed.

Dont worry man.. this is quite commom in Dubai... And this is what makes the diffrence between UAE & Canada...

Use all your contacts, speak to all the consultants; you will get through..

Your CAIPS does not show any details , there can be 2 reasons. 1- its taken b4 the file became In Process , 2 - the your file is in background check and waits for Vo to reveiw.

Anyways as its In Process we can expect an answwer from them in 90-120 days from process date.

Thanks Biju ! You are right, probably CAIPS were taken before my IN process ! Earlier on address disappeared but now address also has re appeared !

Now i will have to add up my wife application ! I have already send query to VO London, unable to send any document right at the moment, but these days busy in collecting required documents, may take around 3-4 weeks. Till then, i really dont wish my medical request to come

Looking for another GET TOGATHER very soon !

Hello,
Please can someone guide me on how to get immunization certificate for a child less than 1 year old in Dubai. My son got his vaccination from Dubai Health Clinic who have record in Arabic, do i need to take certificate English translation of that?
