Dear all,

I am a silent member of this forum.  My second AOR recd in feb 2011 and status shows inprocess since feb 2011.  CHC london.  applied in 0111 fast track.

I am in Dubai working as a fin manager since 17 months but i just received termination letter from my employer yesterday with one month notice.  There are may questions comming in my mind?

1.  If i move back to my country (India) it will delay my file a lot.  Suppose i get medicals after i move to india what will be my situation.

2.  secondly,  can I get any ban to work in dubai ?

3.  I am trying to find a new job atleast till the canada file is processed which might take one more year.  My rental apt lease is just renewed before 2 months.  If i have to move back to india there will be lot of monetary loss to me as well as it will increase my timline for dubai. 

I am very tensed since past 24 hours. 

Any good words and suggestions welcomed.

I have revieved request for PPR from London. I will send passport through Aramex. I am not sure, how I will get it back. Do I have to instruct Arames to collect it from CIC or CIC London will courier direct to me and then I have to pay to courier. Will CIC send PP direct to me or to Emassy in GCC countries.

Congrats G2009!!

You will have to send a SELF ADDRESS ENVELOPE along with ur PPS to CHC London.
Once the visa is stamped , CHC London will courier your PPs to CHC Abu Dhabi, and from there ARAMEX, will give you a call and deliver your PPs to you. They will charge you around AED 100 (If you are in UAE). Other GCC countries, i am not aware of the charges.

Hi Someday, very sorry for all what happened with you.
I will really suggest you, to continue searching a job here in Dubai. I am very sure, you will get a good job within the notice period.

If you have applied through a consultant, then they can receive your medical papers and forward you to India, and you can get your medical done from there. But if self applied, then you will have to inform CHC about the change in your file address. Regarding ban, if you get a job, you will have to pay some certain amount to Labour, for your ban to get removed. So no need to worry for that part.

NO need to get tensed - Job probs are common in UAE and i am 100% sure u can find a better job with ur long experiance.

Rgd ur file too no cause for worries. u can always send adress change to CHC and do the meds wherever you are. only difference is CHc wil ask for the PCC from the present country u stay ie all- very simple  

ban as said b4 can be removed with some chrages,

so now no need to be tensed, cheer up and try to find a job in UAE or India. All our prayers are there for u and family

Dear Qorax,

I am August 2009 applicant under 0213.

My wife and I did our medicals at the end of September 2010 and our new born on 30 November 2010. I send CHC London enquiry about the status of my application, they replied that they are yet to received spousal medicals. I then replied giving them tracking number of the medicals send last September 2010, but did not receive any reply from them since two weeks back. RFPR fee is paid in October 2010.

What do you think about my status and when do you expect I will receive PPR.
