hi all, as i read the thread...i think most of us who deals with an immigration consultants are the one having headaches instead being at peace. too late that we discover this forum (at least if we knew it before we save our money and headache) anyway still thanks that we got to know more information through the help of the seniors  You are right, we discovered this forum very late. In my case, most of the office staff have applied through Preimer, and i tried a differant one ( Aries Intl ). Though consultants are good in completing your documents and making you at ease atleast to the level of application and documents filing but i agree with you, we have to research and do it our own. We should not fully put everything to the consultant, we should keep follow ups and make sure that consultant not take it for granted. |

hi everyone,
been watching this forum for some time now.
my status is as follows:
Applied: May 4, 2010
Docs reqstd: 21 Oct, 2010 (dunno why such a big delay!)
Docs sent: mid Jan, 2011
ECAS Status: received pending review.
I had actually sent the docs in Mid Nov thru my agent (premiers), now they are telling me that they did send everything in Nov itself, but in Jan i received an email from them saying they have jus sent all my docs.
My concern is the ECAS status - it says pending review. by when do u think it will change to in process? or does it change at all?

Hi All,
The first Tuesday, after 21 days from the date my passport reached LONDON, is a long waiting one without any success. I was checking my ecase till midnight 12.30, but no results. The online status is "In Process", for one more week i.e. 196th week (exactly 3 years and 8 months).
Now I think I have to wait for another one week minimum. I was hoping this week, as few of our friends got the status changed, just in 21 days just last month.
Anyway six days more and again I have to wait till 15th March.
