HI BIJU/QUORAX

i receive my 2nd AOR last 12 of August 2010 and the letter states that it takes 8-12 months to process my application under my category.

1. Does it mean that it will take 1 year for me to get a visa or it will take more than that?
2. My status right now is IN PROCESS (the address was gone at the time my status change from RBVO to IN PROCESS (Feb 8, 2011), and then address come back last week and then was gone again this tuesday. Does it mean my file is not IN PROCESS but just an error?
3. I sent an inquiry last Feb 9, 2011 to them to clarify if there is an error or not but i have not receive any reply.

Please advise.

Usually by 8-12 months from the 2nd AOR u should be able to complete your case processing.

Qorax Sir/All,

Query for POF. Is it fine if we have transactions in the a/c's which we have shown under POF ? and if some of the amt is lesser or bigger ?

Absolutely Ok.
We r supposed to do 'some' transactions anyway -- else, how do we survive/manage our daily grit?

Nonetheless, it'd be wise to try & maintain [at least] 75% of the 'required' funds, on a month-to-month basis.

Your case has been found to be 'provisionally eligible' -  the file has been sent to 'Microlocator' for being micro-filmed.
