    @    Everyone who made it for the Al Safa Park gathering of Friday-11th Feb.,

Firstly, thanks very much for attending the lovely meet. The presence of the families with the kids really gave it a homely texture and helped us immensely made feel at home. The wonderful day was a bonus that just complemented us.

Gratitude to all the gracious comments from --Shanks78, Coolguy2010, SATDXB, Viky, Mirza896, GreenLeaf & Appan-ji, mahesh_Can, AAJ, micham, Thommo, arman79, Bonjourcanada, Gypsey, S. Ranjan, hi-navin, nevil, jaded_geek and others who attended and made it a success.

Icing on the cake came from dear Captain's applauding post. His inspiration has been and will be a guiding strength for all such future endeavours.

And lastly, but not in the least, a big hug of appreciation (from me too) to dear Biju Bhai for his untiring efforts to make the get together truly memorable.

And some memories in the shape of the clicked photos will be posted shortly, in the 'Toronto-friends-circle'.

Those who could not make it like Vinay, Mehul, Jijesh and others were missed surely. Hope to see them very soon in our next meet.

Guys,

I believe file transfer date is playing an important role here. if one looks at Zagy's timeline, he has got MR just before completion of 1 yr from the date his file was transferred to London office.

My FTD is 30 March 2010 and my e-CAS turned in process on 1st Feb 2011. I guess/pray, i will get MR by end of Feb 2011. (I know i am being very much optimistic here, no harm is being one).

Any thoughts?

Hi buddy

Ur Ecase is 100% perfect. 2nd AOR is mentioned = "Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review"

so now just check the date in ur 2nd AOR and from tht issue date add 8 months, whn ur ecase status shows "In Process"  u can expect either addt documents request or MEds in 14-20 days. Now u need not send any emails

relax and enjoy ur life buddy,  everything wil be fine

Anybody can help with my status:
i got my 2nd File Number on 19th September 2010. It has been 5 months now, i am waiting for the medical request.
My ECAS Status is RBVO.
There is no where mentioned about my 2nd File number.
i have also applied from Dubai.
Below is what is mentioned in the ECAS:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 23, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 29, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Is this an error in the ECAS system? Should i send them an email or wait for minimum 8 months?
I am asking this because without any change in the ECAS Status i got my 2nd file number in September.

yes buddy its was not working coz i think thy will clear all the errors which are running in online status webpages. like address blank out, people who send the full documents saw medical received in their pages etc etc

I just saw the photos on Google group and it is very nice to see all these families get united under one umbrella- dream...new life & new land- Canada. May Allah make all your dreams comes true. I will do my best to attend next gathering in April

at the same time No cause for worries. lets just wait and see the ecase status. these days thy are updating and rectifing the errors. some guys can't even open the online status now.so  . thinsg are in its track.

PLUS WITHOUT GETTING 2nd AOR - NO DECISION MADE CAN COME
