Lets put faces to the ID's we see in the forum(new members)     and share our Thoughts  & Experiences... 

Now I wish to refresh few words from our Great Captain (Qorax, now in Canada)....
Firstly, it will sail us through on this long agonising waiting period. Secondly, thru networking we can help each other on info sharing and act as morale boosters. Thirdly, we'll expand our 'Friends-Circle', both here as well as post landing.

Few of us, in UAE, are already in touch with each other. Some are thru, some just applied, some are waiting for their Meds while some are waiting for our PPRs. and some for their visa stamped Passport 

In the Last meet there were many New as well as Old members and we had a very nice time with captain (Qurox)...Let's expand the network...  Those who are interested can join us .......

 The GREAT GETTOGETHER  is planned on:

I have noticed one thing, that applicants who got their E-case changed yesterday were not based in UAE. KShahid Based in Karachi, Stish resides in Bahrain and Fawakeel resides in KSA. May be the UAE GUY was absent yesterday   . Hopefully he will be present on coming Tuesday.

My ecase is not showing any record recently(since I've not got a 2st file number, I'm still using 1st file number). Has ever anybody faced same problem(ecase was showing in process using my 1st file number before  )?

Your calculation has some meaning  ZAGY !!

But once again, it is very possible that our PPs also might have been stamped, but they might not have update the ECASE of UAE applicants..!!

Because last week , Member Mirza's ECASE was updated on TUESDAY (01/02/11) , and he received his PP on WEDNESDAY (02/02/11). So this means that his PP had already arrived on Monday/Tuesday in UAE.

Coming week is very important for us. Lets hope for the best.

Thanks for the advise buddy! I really wish to stay longer but my boss didn't gave me a longer vac. leave so I need to come back immediately. My fear is that if there are problems in PR Card like they need a better photograph and ask me to go and resubmit a photo personally and that I am in serious trouble if I am outside canada as I can not travel back if I don't have a PR card right?

I am not sure if how often does this case happend. I am still waiting for the seniors advise:)

if i suggest , i wil always recommend to wait and take ur PR card and come back coz for tht only we waited,suffered and prayed for loooooooong.

My File number on 2nd AOR is old one ......Is there any diff of some persons gets new file number at the time of submission of Full docs to ND VO and some gets same only... ?

Hi Cancon, its always advisable to stay until you receive your PR. Many travel back to their countries without getting the PRs and latter their friends or relative courier them the same. But sometimes it so happens due to problem in the picture, the PR is not issued and the concern person has to visit them again submitting new pictures.

God forbade, in that case , u can still apply for Temporary Travel permit from the Local CHC, and travel back to Canada again.
