hello..
i have been reading alot about how the cap for accountants already reached the 1000 limit.
and then the 1111 and 0111 have been removed from the list of approved occupations for immigration to canada in 2010...
So what happens to the people who are in process still and have applied before that like in 2009 oe early 2010 ?
are they put on hold??
or the cap is re-opened for 2011?
or??

hi Nadeem U r right waiting is very boor time but we can not do any thing in my case i am waiting since july,10 and now 6 months is over , so just wait and watch. Waiting is killing me now.. its going to be 5 months on this 17th.. that i am waiting for medical request!!!!!!!!

I noticed something while rummaging through my immi document file. Saw the label which came with the medical, RPRF and PCC request back in Sept 2010 and remembered that I had actually typed the envelop with the RPRF bank draft, PCC etc. Never pasted the label. And thanks to this forumm I now realise that the label also has the INITIALS of my immigration officer. The initials are CKL hand written on the printed label. Surely this must have created some delays as the package wouldn't have reached the (my) immi officer's desk directly. Sad mistake in hind sight. It was received on Oct 17.
Question - What issues might it create and is there any point in informing London about the same now?

hi there' i am in the same boat a Dubai applicant  i hope to network with you next days or let's say next years as it seams it will be long time here in Dubai before get our PR in canada  i had my AOR1 in October 2010 still waiting for IELTS exam  i did it twice before and i did not get the score  but i have a Q where can i take a photo with the specific details as VO has been asked us to do?if anyone recommend a good studio for me it will be so helpful for me thanks |

Hey Mikealah, We needed to acquire PCC from Saudi as well, and faced the same problem.. But we just added a letter along with Indian and UAE PCC's, that Saudi embassy in Dubai is not issuing PCC from here and we dont have anyone in Saudi who could help us . We were not asked again for Saudi PCC by CHC London, as they are well aware of the problem, and maybe there are so many others like us in the same boat.. So , dont worry, be happy! |
