Qorax

I sent in my application form along with IELTS score to CIO Sydney,NS under the FSW category two weeks back.

My NOC code is: 2145  and I have two years continuous experience under this category.

My application was recieved  last week by the CIO.

I did not see the new rules from 26/6 for the FSW class with only 29 selected professions.

I do not have arranged employment in Canada and I did not send in any PCC's either.

Is my application surely going to be rejected or are there any chances for it being provisionally considered ?

Would appreciate your response.

Thanks

Dear Mr. Qorax / Mr. Biju
Other friends and seniors!!

Regarding my yesterdays post, I have one doubt please help me to clarify. My PCC from Dubai and Pakistan were issued in October 2009. Now more than one year passed and visa office must ask for fresh PCC before asking for PPR.

Whats your opinion in this regard? Shall I proceed for the fresh PCC  to save the time or shall I wait for further instructions from VO.

Hi,

Members mmiq & SatDxb opined correctly. Usually CIC asks for a repeat PCC just before PPR (or with Meds), but doing it now maybe futile. Await their instructions on it.

Dear Qorax...

Thanx for ur reply but i am very surprised and disappointed to know that the administrator might have deleted the thread, whereas , there are few more threads exist on this site related to *****. I didnot say anything wrong, rather it was more of info related to different options for accomodations after landing for all the members.
Kindly advice.
Thanx.

Dear Seniors,

I am in the process of submitting full documents.

I have my initial application with me and I have few changes such as passport no., etc.

Regarding other forms which will not be changed, Do I need to refill it and signed as of latest date.

This is because filling the form takes lot of time and it cannot be saved.

Regards
Cool
