It's high time that we start our 'own thread', like others are doing here !!!

I request all to post your timlines here and get connected. Firstly, it will sail us thru on this long agonising waiting period. if they need proof of relation ship and she is your wife sister then follow below thing
you have to send him your family chart which show your relation with your wife then the relation with your family the easy way to make is take both two families from father to all sons and draws all member in a paper then show the link from one to 2nd family i mean you and your wife is married then make a link that my wife sister who is there in your wife family list is a real sister of your wife its just like a org chart but be mention every thing very clear other wise again they revert back and its waste your time then provide him additional documents

if your are indian then both sister passport is enough to show same father and mother name but any way provide him max documents which is their marriage certificate their education certificate which show their parents name
from canadian sister side they need their bank statement if easily arrange bcz no body give you their personal information but try
their indian passport copy
their landing paper
their utility bill which proof they still live their
but again i clear you family chart is must which show your relation on a quick way dont make any complex chat

i have replied to ur PM - plzz check

about ur frnd - ur question is not clear - if ur sending ur documents to winnipeg for  LOA thn no need of PCC.
but if ur sending the documnts to Abudhabi (if the person in UAE) of to the VO i mean - he/she has to send the PCC.

its always safe to have employment certi from Hr and on comp. letterhead.  if u think its a great probs. u can keep the supervisor letter plus his visiting cards ur manager's visiting cards(do inform him)  ur pay slips, ur appointment letter copy (the job title should be same as NOC). plus if u are gievn any job profile whn u join or in between u can include tht too. plus u need to write a covering letter in which u need to mention why u did all this and write it will affect ur incre etc etc.

is ur claim of points (4 yrs ) NOC is from the current job???

Thanx Biju for reply, NO I do not claim points from Current JOb. BTW I have all other sort of proves like salary slip, increment letter, prromotion letter, appointment letter,  but again my appointment letter is dated when my labour contract was made, i.e after 2 months of my joining 

Another question,
Will there be a problem if the joining date of new job is a little after than the resigning date of old job,  actually my old employer mentioned my last date when my visa was cancelled, however in fact I have resigned 25 days before that, and joined the new company 25 days earlier.
 which means that my joining date is infact 25 days earlier than my last day in old job.

Do they check the date of joining and resignation as well, while verifying the Job. If not then what are the possible things which they verify?

if the current job is not ur Noc job thn cool man ,,if u have all other proof thn fine...2 months late in appointment letter is ok.

eventhough ur appointment letter in the new job is 2months late thn also its overlaping with the old job?? tht small date probs u can write a explanation for tht . mainly in job certificate thy will check the JD and ofcourse the periods. ie why we say if there is a gap between ur jobs u need to write searching for job etc etc

No its not necessary you can apply on your own but if you have a relative you get 5 points.

Please help me for my question:

i received my first AOR last Oct 22. My NOC is 0111, and my schedule for ielts is on Nov 4. My problem is that i applied my visa in London office since i am working before in Dubai, now i was terminated and back in my home country PHilippines. In submitting my full docs, i will just change the visa office instead of Dubai i will put Manila, PHlippines. Need your output seniors. Thank you.

two applicants got refusal letters from chc london reson is this they didnt submit documents in 120 days one applicant name is kkankal and second one i forget.so this is important to all new applicant that they must submit papers in 120 days.
plzzz be fast to avoid disappointment

i think there is some delay in pakistani national application since you are also from Pak so you give me exect idea about this confusion

I have not sent payment as yet till medical exams are clear. Will do it afterwards.
For payment, need to do it to CHC london as the case is processed from there. Below address is for your record for sending Demand Draft:
