Hello! All seniors and Experts!!!
Please advise!
I have sent my medicals and RPRF on 12th August 2010 and as per Courier record, CHC London Received after 3 days. I have following questions to ask:-
1- I have no official acknowledgment from visa office. Shall I ask the CHC London or it is understood that they have received the documents?
2- I have a doubt that CHC London is delaying the visa process of those applicants, who's NOC is not in the new list. Whats your opinion?
3- My case was smooth and I have finished my medicals as well. They never asked me any additional information or document. I want to know shall I request for CAIPS Notes at this stage or should I wait for some more time ( I am just worried about my medicals, they received or not).
Regards to all
zaheer
Dear friend, In the Medical Request itself they have mentioned "we need 2-3 months to process the medicals"... Friend.. wait for 2-3 months, and if everything is in order your ecas will be shown medicals received and your will get PP request. Am also in the same boat. No confirmation from them for medicals other than Courier acknowledgment. Also, not received RPRF receipt as well. What about you? Satish

Hi Qorax,
How much time CHC gives for medical? Like I am going on vacations on 25th October and will be back after a month and thinking if I got medical request somewhere in between then how much time I will be having to give medical?
regards
The date would be mentioned on the Med Referral Letter. Plz note that it's not always 60 days. CIC accords time for completion of Meds as per their internal assessment of the case, as well as the current demand & the backlog PMB-Ottawa has. So, ppl could get 45, 60 or 90 days to do their meds. Usually these r the 3 deadlines observed over the varied cases thru the forums. Moreover, most DMPs (professional ones) have a wait period for conducting Meds. U thus, require an appointment to visit them. And if u r away while the MR forms arrive - u might be dispositioned. So, ideally u musn't leave the country during this period. But, if u have to - be away for 2-3 weeks at most. Even though the Meds could be taken anywhere, the discomfort remains the same. Qorax

Hi Humsafar, Normally if u submit the original Mark sheets, u have to get it back once u complete ur Masters.but i don't understand the rule there? . for sending the documents u can send the notorised copies of mark sheets and transcript. BUT if they call for interveiw u will be forced to show the originals. so be prepared for all buddy plus its always good to have the original mark sheets for future tooo. Yes I think a person needs to apply to get the markssheet back once he get his master degree. but I got so carried away with life that completely forgot about marksheet, I was under impression for all these 10 years after master that I have the originals graduation marks sheets with me, until yestersay, when I sat to organise my document for this process. . Now again a big hurdle, how to get the original back or to get the duplicate ones. as I do not have any one on Karachi to run for me Regarding sending the documents I really want to send every thing as they have asked, but I dont know, If they accept and believe the reasons given by a person for not specifically meeting any requirement in term of Docs. In my view, u need to sent the latest passports and not to worry about old passports with UAE visas. For being on safer side, do attach the copy of old passport and UAE visa with explanation letter / email reply from CHC that will hopefully will not cause any issue But if you are still not comfortable with this, better go for transfer of visa on your new passport which is hardly one day job in immigration than arrange the delivery Gud luk asyousuf

Dear all, Is work experience has any effect on total points, if not, why it is required to submit work experience for BOTH, main applicant and spouse? And if my wife is not working at the moment, and it is actually mentioned in her UAE visa:"house wife, not allowed to work". What should I write under "current occupation"? Thank you
