hi Maninder
u can mention ur property in dubai but usually u need to attach  a valuation report and the copies of the deeds in english.

a Gap in the career path is fine, but u need to mention a valuable reason ie all.

Biju

Thanks
Went to Indian embassy in Uzbekistan again and applied for her birth registration. The consular informed me that our baby can either have Indian pps or can on her Mother's passport ( Uzbekistan is one of those countries who does not issue pps to new born). He said i can get her India pps any time i want within 1 year from this date.We have decided to dispatch the birth certificate along with the birth registration with Indian Embassy to Canada. In a 3 weeks we will send copy of my wife's pps with our daughters name on it. We really hope this will work. The reason to do so is that once my daughter will have indian pps she will have problems getting visa to Uzbekistan like i do. So this way atleast she can be with her motherall the time. Do you think it is an good idea??
** So we have to get her photo with her eyes open??
** what if will not mention anything about my property in Dubai??? Is it against there immigration laws or something?? Once we receive PR should i have to declare it or it is fine to not? How this investment can affect me or my life in Canada???
*** Being unemployed for more than a year while looking for better prospects can be negative point for my application??
Please guide me

Seniors/Qorax,

Good day!!

What is the probability that our application will be denied/disapproved if we already finished our medical and our medical is okay already and we already receved our PPR? If we have already PPR is it 100% sure already that our application will be approve or their still chances that they will deny our application.

Thank you in advance...

God bless to all!

Nothing is 100% till we land. And sometimes till we get the citizenship... However, if one has obtained the PPR, the risk of rejection is much lower. Quite slim, if I may say.

 @  Mnl2yyz & SatDxb
I did with DLC-Jumeirah & found them damn good.

 @  Mnl2yyz
Sorry for this query, but I was intrigued with your ID. "Yyz" is understood to be "Pearson Intl", but what denotes "Mnl"? Is it Mangalore?

Qorax

Hi Qorax, MNL stands for Ninoy Aquino Intl or MANILA, I will check now the DMPs thanks a lot!!!

From the date of the letter which u receive along with the medicals, you have 60 days period.
So within 60 day ur medicals should reach the Visa office.

Cheers.

Hello!  All seniors and Experts!!!

Please advise!

I have sent my medicals and RPRF on 12th August 2010 and as per Courier record, CHC London Received after 3 days. I have following questions to ask:-

1- I have no official acknowledgment from visa office. Shall I ask the CHC London or it is understood that they have received the documents?

2- I have a doubt that CHC London is delaying the visa process of those applicants, who's NOC is not in the new list. Whats your opinion?

3- My case was smooth and I have finished my medicals as well. They never asked me any additional information or document. I want to know shall I request for CAIPS Notes at this stage or should I wait for some more time ( I am just worried about my medicals, they received or not).

Regards to all

zaheer
