RONY JACOB,

U'll get the PCC in English, so no need of translation.

Dear Rony,

1. For the PCC -JM is right. U'll get it in 'english'.
2. For Notarization -which docs u r referring? Exp & Quals?

Exp & quals documents'll be notarized by your consulate. For any other nation documents (?) -their own consulates. For the UAE exp or qual letters -Dubai Courts Public Notary office/s.

Hope that helps.

Nehlil,

Once u have already applied why r u looking for a consultant? U don't need one, unless there is something tricky in your case.

Regards.

Yes Qorax there is a reason for that why I am looking for a consultant. Actually, I sent my application to Sydney. After 2 months I received an email stating that I am not eleigible. I was surprised..I didnot expect it. It 's related to the NOC that put down, may be I misundestood the NOC definition . Eventhough I am having mechanical bachelor degree and working as Piping Lead. I don't exaclty what was wrong. The guy who sent me an email said that my application does not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is noteligible for processing. Thing that I don't understand. That's the reason why I am looking for a consultant. please advise if have any ideas how it will work out.
thanks and regards

Dear Nehlil,

The CIC application manual [IMM-7000] is all u need to get any & every details. Yes, u must apply ONLY under one of the 38 NOCs. Your designation doesn't matter, but most of the job descriptions [about 70-80%] should match the NOC that u have selected.

Regards.

Yes YM,

Just send an envelope with your name & address [include tele/mob nos]. Aramex will pick up the visa from CHC-Adh and bring it to u. Pay aramex when u receive it.

Regards.

Dear Quorax,
I do appreciate your reply.
Now I will receive my application back with the cheque in about 8 to 12 weeks, I would think along with a letter of non eleigibilty because of NOC's same as what it was written on the email I have received.
Question: Shall I send another application now in order to save time, or shall I wait until I receive back my first application.
Please advise.
Thanks
