Dear Humsafar, The topic of Medicals in Dubai can easily be found. Seniors have recommended Dubai London Clinic in the past, and now it has changed to Dubai London Speciality Hospital. The charges are around 850 per adult and for child it is 385. You should have been sent a list of DMP and just call and take an appointment: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medicalinfo.aspx?CountryID=2033&CountryName=United%20Arab%20EmiratesYou will have blood test, urine test, xray and blood pressure test. They will not provide any official receipt, infact they take the Medical forms and fill it, and courier it to relevant High Comission office themselves directly. Just remember to take 4 photos, and your original passport. Healthy bay polyclinic also good , specially if you don't wanna wait long for your appointment , for me I got appointment the same day I called and was out of the place in 35 minutes  |

Thanks dear, dont worry it will come soon, send inquiry in the next two weeks or so if you dont receive ppr and hope good news will be there, I've sent an inquiry last 22nd, they replied on the 24th that is pending backround check and will update once completed and 27th sent to consultant ppr...it was really an overwhelming experience that finally the wait is over and so excited for the new life ahead...are you from Philippines? Dear Biju/Qorax/Seniors,
I am new to this forum. Please help me understand this message appearing in my Client Application Status:
We received your application for permanent residence on April 13, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 12, 2012.
As I have applied independently from UAE without using a consultant/lawyer, please let me know what will be the next step after this. I also received a letter dated 16th April 2012 from High Commission of Canada (UK) stating that my application has been reviewed by an officer and found to be eligible for further processing and they anticipate being able to advise me of the next processing steps in 6 to 12 months time. They also returned few of my original documents (work experience letters, marriage photographs, wife's birth certificate) stating that all irreplaceable original documents which were not obtained for the purpose of submitting an application for immigration, are being returned.
Now, I will appreciate if someone can let me know what is the next step and how much more time they require to inform me of the next step.
