Please be advised that some nationalities need a transit visa to the UK if you are going on BA. For example, Egyptians will need a visa even if they remain in the arrival lounge of the airport without passing through immigration control and departing on another flight from the same airport
"From 3rd April 2012 Egyptian nationals will no longer benefit from the transit without visa arrangements when transiting through the UK"

Hi Everyone,

Today I have received a refusal letter with the rights to appeal from Canadian High Commision stating that I do not meet the residency requirement under the section of 130 (2) of the regulations as a canadian citizen and they are not satisfied with the commitment I have shown to start living in Canada after my kids have received their Permanent Residency.

I have been given a 30 days to file my appeal so could you please advise if it would be wise to appeal the decision or reapply in the future once again. I don't think it is fair in any way specially when there is an exception available in law for the Canadian citizens to appy for their family members without being in Canada.

Your help in this regards would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Dear Freinds

would you please advise how the London CHC send the medical forms ( or any other letter ) to UAE? by which courier?
My  home address is in Ajman and obviously we are not always in home,
if we will receive a call from courier before delivery or what will happen if the courier ring the bell in our absent time?

regards

Yes Sir

Thanks bro but I think you mean the name on the experience certificate from the RTA should match letter to letter with the COPR name.  Correct me if I am wrong... Wink

Hi Friends,

With great pleasure, I would like to inform you that I got a fabulous job offer in Toronto.

This offer is from a very reputed and well established construction company in Canada.

As many of you know, I am currently working with Parsons in Middle East.

It has really been benificial for me to stick with an american company for last 5 years.

Most probably, I will be relocating in 3rd week of Aug'12.

I really appreciate all the help and information provided by all of you.

Special thanks to Captain for his invaluable guidance and help.

Thanks for your information
If they make a call before delivery, or in case of our absent , if they leave a message to collect the parcel?

Dear Qorax,

Economically is it best to obtain a debit card instead of an unsecured credit card?

If I want to make calls to Iran, can I opt for ACN Homephone and Internet package or should I choose a different package? if so, how can I have ACN homephone and internet bundle?

PLZ PLZ REPLY, this is my 5th or 6th time which I asked abt it. Thank u so much!
