Hi guys

Going to send my updated PCC and processing fees 550CAD to London. I have two questions?

1. When I got my medical request letter the return address on the envelope was Canadian High Cmsn, 1 Grosvenor Square, London , W1K 4AB which is different from the address mentioned on the instruction letter inside which is what we know , High Commission of Canada, Immigration and Medical services division, Macdonald house, 38 Grosvenor street , London W1K 4AA.
SO now when I send my PCC which address do I send to , I am confused.
And also they mentioned in the instructions letter " please use the enclosed reply label when responding to this letter". What do they mean by enclosed reply label? I didn't receive a separate reply label? do they mean the same envelope??  guessing.....??

2. I have changed my job last year , do I need to update them about this???

Thanx

Hi Lovie,

1. Please send your document with the enclosed address (the address mentioned on the instruction letter). The address on the envelope is just a return address in case the letter failed to reach you.

2. Yes, you can update them about changing job, but not really necessary after medical is done.

Dear Qorax and seniors,

We are moving to Etobicoke area and I am looking for a place to stay, Missisauga or Etobicoke area. Can you please recommend a good place to stay, apartment info, etc. we are a family of four and this is my first job, so no credit history yet, can I find an apartment that does not require a credit history or previous rent proofs? Can I rent a 1BR apartment only allowing my family with small kids?

I want to buy a car by loan also, how many months of credit history on my credit card so that I can be able to loan a car?

Hope to hear from you.

Dear Qorax,
Please verify the below understanding of MI2 & MI3 applicants,
When MI3 applicants recieve 2nd line, their BGC complete
when MI2 applicants receive 2nd line, their BGC starts
 IS IT TRUE ?

Hi Everyone,

Today I have received a refusal letter with the rights to appeal from Canadian High Commision stating that I do not meet the residency requirement under the section of 130 (2) of the regulations as a canadian citizen and they are not satisfied with the commitment I have shown to start living in Canada after my kids have received their Permanent Residency.

I have been given a 30 days to file my appeal so could you please advise if it would be wise to appeal the decision or reapply in the future once again. I don't think it is fair in any way specially when there is an exception available in law for the Canadian citizens to appy for their family members without being in Canada.

Your help in this regards would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Thanks Biju Bro... Captain told that you know of someone in Qusais branch of Al-Fardan exchange. Can s/he be helpful in terms of giving a better rate for making Demand Drafts in Canadian dollars? If you feel like, we can discuss this via telephone. I am planning to make DD's before the end of this week. Please advise.

Please give a call bro , coz ur contact is missing with me
