THANKS Athar Bahi
I want to clear that in my case online status is not available. But now two years and six months over. I just received one letter in June 2008 regarding the withdrawl of case offer. They said if you are interested than dont  touch us. Still i am waiting for their answer. Next month my IELTS will expire but its photocopy already i submitted without any demand in London office. Once i submitted my online enquiry but no answer. Three time i have written letters regarding the change of address but no response. Even they don't refuse. Sad
I need comments from Dubai Forum.
Thanks

Regards,

U r perfectly fine with that.
But also for the current job (or the last one in your claimed NOC), try & put a detailed 'Org Chart' placing your position with few up & few down & lateral. Named as well. That strengthens your JD. Besides, if u have some written correspondences, from u as well as from your Srs. to u, including some promotion letters, appraisal letters, etc., enclose them as well, it helps. But not necessary.

Dear All,

I am new member to this forum, I will be flying to Toronto on 29th July and will return on 12th Aug to Abu Dhabi. I have 3 dependents ( wife + 2kids age 4,6). As I will be returning back and probably will packup from here in next year july, so my question is regarding goods to follow and proof of fund.
1. Can i take my HSBC bank statement as proof of fund plus CAD 3000 cash or it is required to take bank draft or traveller's cheques for amount cad 20,000 which is amount for family of 4.
2. Shall I make good to follow list now or can I make it later when i move permanently next year.

Salahuddin

Greetings,

I am sure this is covered before but I could not find it. The issue is my Brother in Law has untill november to land in Canada and stay. Three years back, they went, stayed one month and came back. The kids are now going to the university in Alberat and he has a very good job in Doha. So after 3 years, if he just visits and comes back, would his PR be cancelled? Does he have to stay 2 years continuoulsy now? In the worst case, if he relenquishes it, can my sister later on sponsor him as spouse?

Thank you in advance.

U have to reside in Canada for 2yrs (not continuous) in every 5yrs cycle. Else, u lose it. As he has stayed overseas for 3yrs already, this time he needs to stay put continuously for 2yrs if he wants to maintain his PR status.

If his spouse (your Sis) had continued to stay in Canada, from the landing, she is good with it. Else, she'd be in trouble too. But if she did, yes -she can sponsor him later. However, there'd would be questions asked & the family has to deal with them.

1. The bank statements issue has been dealt over-n-over again in this forum. The wise thing to do is to carry funds in Cash or Drafts. Avoiding the HSBC statement might save u from unknown embarrassments while landing.

2. The Liberty of Goods to Follow List (form B4) is given to u once only, on your 1st landing. If u don't do it now, u'll pay for all your goods in future landings & they r hefty.

Dear Qorax,
My consultant had sent all of my docs to London office on 14th June. But till today I have not received any communication from London office. Is it a cause of concern?
please guide.

No concern. It takes about 2-3 months to get the 2nd AOR. Meds by 4-6 months. If there's any addnl docs request, it'll come in the middle.

Qorax,

That was very clear, and very quick. Thank you very much. My sister is going to join her kids in October, but I guess her Husband will have to loose it and then sort it out later.
