Dear Seniors.. Kindly do let me know whether do I have an option to change my visa office. I mean,I am planning to shift my application from LVO to (New Delhi). Is it possible? LVO is veryslow in processing whereas NDVO already issued visa to applicants with similar timeline to mine. I am from Dubai, hence my VO is London. Please advise.
No u can't.Once filed - our case cannot move between VOs unless CIC wants to do so due to system integrity. |

Yes, as explained by Coolguy, you can visit site cic.gc.ca /english/index.asp", which has detailed information to apply. However, first step is to check if your profession is in their demand list and also if cap is still not reached for that profession.

I have recieved 2nd AOR in 2011 and waiting for MR. 2 weeks back i sent query to CHC regarding my case status as it is not updated in Ecase also. I have recieved following reply from them.
Thank you for your enquiry.
Please be advised that a letter was sent on 25.04.2012 to the mailing address on file.
We ask that you wait for the mail to arrive before requesting any further information.
Yours sincerely,
Client Service Unit (VCM)
They have sent me some letter on 25/04/2012 but till now it is not received please advise if this is normal delay from CHC?
