News guys. NOC 1122 - 259 as on 29/07/2011. Seniors, please tell us know what that means. Is it the number of complete applications received as of this date or the applications received in the first or second week and they are been charged? Also, when the application is submitted at CIO is considered to be in the cap or when it is charged it is considered to be in the cap? Do you still feel that there is some hope for people who will be submitting their applications in the first week of august?
