Dear Qorax and Other Seniors!!

As I informed earlier, regarding the fracture of my son. Doctors operated him and put screw and plates to hold the joint. Dr. told that they will remove the plates after 6 to eight weeks.

I have to travel before the date they have given, because my visa is valid till 02-08-2011. Now the problem is the removal of plates after 6 weeks. I will be in Canada at that time, without any medical Insurance for my son.

What is the best way to do the operation with minimum expenses?.

@  Zaheer,

If i am not wrong people who r landing in alberta get their medical card(MEP) without any delay........than compare to Toronto.....this can be answered correctly by poeple who have already landed......

It'd be tough to get one there for 2 months. Nonetheless, check the bulletin boards of grocers & big-box stores there. Sheppard Centre [yonge/Sheppard] has one too.

I have not yet finalized my landing plan .. may have to travel for some office work to Canada as well .. so will see .. but definitely before september 25th ... it may be august .. july looks bleak ...but anytime between 15th august - 15th setember ... by the way ii filed my case on 15th august 2009 ...
